Easy Returns — 15-Day Hassle-Free Policy

We want you to love your glasses. If you're not satisfied, we offer easy returns within 15 days of delivery.

Eligible for return:

  • Frames with manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Unused frames in original packaging with tags intact

Not eligible:

  • Prescription lenses (custom-made to your specs)
  • Used or scratched frames
  • Items purchased during clearance sales

Process: Email us at [support@makemyglasses.in] with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a pickup (India) or share a return label (US) within 2 business days.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
